I added a Flow to create a Team every time an item is added to a "New Teams" SharePoint list.

Create a flow
Execute the flow every time a list item is created
Choose an operation
Create a team
Team Name and Description will be based on list item Title
Test the flow
Create a new list item
Flow has completed
Team has been created
